  So I have a job available and no one to do it because one of my two jobbers is on a job already and the other one has low RS.
  
  I can't find a race to increase the RS of the second jobber, so, with pain in my heart, I release him (he's been here for more than a real life year!), trying to find someone else with good RS.
  
  I order the list of free riders so those with high RS appear first. The first two Asians are a bit expensive for a jobber, and the third one... hey, doesn't come from a team, so why not? I'm going to scout him.
